We loved the stunning views from our room, and the fact that the hotel was situated just a stone's throw away from some key tourist attractions. The staff were also very warm and welcoming, and always had a smile on their faces. One other advantage that we particularly enjoyed was the delicious and freshly prepared breakfast that was served every morning.
We were less than impressed with the lack of basic cleanliness in our room. Despite requesting that the room be cleaned, we found that the floors and bathroom still had dust and dirt on them.

Amazing views and perfect location with easy access to the city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. the property has excellent facilities, including a well-stocked supermarket nearby for convenience. the panoramic views of the town and mountains are absolutely fantastic. the staff was accommodating and even helped us with late arrival and provided great tips for restaurants and bars.
The quality of the beds in some of the apartments was quite poor, which was surprising for a complex of this caliber. after an upgrade, the beds in the new apartment were much better.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The front desk service was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. We were impressed with the flexibility of the staff, as we could even order delicious fresh bread and croissants for breakfast the next morning up until 7pm the day before. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and had a rustic charm, with a balcony that provided breathtaking views of the village and the majestic mountains beyond. The amenities here were top-notch, including a great swimming pool and a dedicated area for the kids to enjoy pool billiards and table soccer.
With all the convenient amenities and enhanced comfort provided, it's no surprise that this place comes at a price. However, the added luxuries and quality services make it well worth it for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

My Christmas holiday experience was amazing! the accommodation was spacious and comfortable, with great facilities to accommodate my family. What I loved the most was the stunning views of the town and mountains and the warmth of the pool during winter. the location was perfect as it was a short stroll to the ski shops and gondolas. the staff were friendly, helpful and made our stay enjoyable. We also enjoyed takeaway and grocery shop available downstairs which was very convenient.
There were some minor issues with the water jets of the jacuzzi which required visitation to the reception to get fixed. the frequency of the takeaway service wasn't sufficient for our liking.

We had a fantastic Christmas getaway! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the resort and just a short walk to the ski lifts. The apartment was well-equipped and comfortable, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We also loved the convenience of having a supermarket and restaurants just a few minutes away.
That the covered swimming pool temperature could have been a bit hotter. But overall, our stay was wonderful and we enjoyed every moment of our holiday.
